Integrative Transformational Therapy (1:1 ONLINE)
True transformation happens when we work with the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and bodily responses — not just the surface symptoms.
My work offers integrative, personalised 1:1 support, drawing on hypnotherapy and psychotherapy-informed frameworks, nervous system regulation, mind–body approaches, somatic, and deep subconscious work. Sessions are tailored to you, guided by clinical judgement, consent, and what is most supportive at each stage of your process.
Rather than offering rigid or technique-based services, I work holistically, integrating approaches as needed to support sustainable, meaningful change.
How This Work Is Approached
Each session is shaped by your goals, lived experience, nervous system capacity, and readiness. Depending on what is appropriate, sessions may integrate:
Psychotherapy-informed exploration - parts analysis, etc
ACT-informed values and behaviour change
Trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practice
Nervous system education and regulation strategies
Mind–body awareness and grounding
Subconscious and hypnotherapy-based interventions

Many emotional and psychological challenges are experienced not only in the mind, but in the body. Where appropriate, sessions may include mind–body and nervous-system-based approaches to support regulation, safety, and responsiveness.

Gut–brain and stress-related symptom support
Somatic awareness and grounding
Subconscious patterning related to safety and control
Learning practical self-regulation and calming strategies

• 90-minute sessions (recommended for deeper or integrative work)

Sessions may be short-term or ongoing, depending on your needs and goals.
